Lawyer fees
We provide following ways of agency:
General agency: One-time payment, arranged until the case is settled
Risk agency: Small amount of advance payment, and rest part will be charged based on the proportion of the collected payment from the other party.
Litigation costs
Include case acceptance fees, application fees, and preservation fees.
· Case acceptance fee: 0.5% to 2.5% of the subject matter amount (The larger the target amount, the lower the charging ratio).
· Preservation fee: Approximately 0.5% to 1% of the target amount, capped at $720.
Arbitration fees
Generally higher than litigation fees, international arbitration case fees can refer to the official websites of various international arbitration committees.
